The accommodation, renovated in March 2024, consists of two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom: one overlooking the building’s interior atrium and the other with an exterior balcony. The building is quiet but not very attractive, and it is currently being renovated. The space The MADERA vacation rental consists of two rooms, both with a private bathroom. One larger room has a small balcony overlooking the main street, while the other room overlooks the internal stairwell. Both have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a mosquito net, a mini-fridge, a desk, a clothes rack, a hairdryer, a small ironing board with an iron, and a kettle. Linens are included in the price; any changes must be requested on site and paid for in cash. The property is... Guest access The property is located on the second floor, and to reach it, you need to climb two flights of stairs; the common areas consist only of the entrance and the hallway. During your stay If, during your stay, you need to contact us or let us know something, you can do so via message, and we will respond as soon as possible. Other things to note We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Pets and additional guests are not allowed, and bicycles, scooters, or other items that may cause a nuisance are not permitted inside the building or on the property.
