Tiny apartment "Gute Luise" on the organic farm

- Raschbrunnenhof - Organic Farming & Recreation - On our organic farm in the countryside, you will stay in a newly built tiny apartment. By using wood and clay, you can expect an excellent indoor climate - combined with organic materials for mattresses, towels and bed linen, guaranteeing a relaxing stay. Based on the tiny house living concept, you will find all the advantages of a large apartment for up to 5 guests in the apartment - compressed to approx. 22 m². The space The apartment is on two levels, connected by a staircase. Downstairs, next to the dining area, there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven, freezer and fridge. In addition, all kitchen utensils including a French press, toaster and kettle are ready for you. From the kitchen area, you can access the high-quality bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. If necessary, the couch can be converted into two additional sleeping places. In the attic you will find a large skylight above the double bed. In addition, a closet bed is available as a single bed, which can also be folded out in no time if necessary. A smart TV and an open clothes corner complete the upper floor. The stairs are secured at the top with a stair gate and all outlets also have a built-in child safety lock. All windows in the living room are equipped with electric shutters and the lower floor is equipped with underfloor heating. Guest access Outside, around the spacious orchard, a play area with trampoline, sandbox, soccer goal and many toys and vehicles awaits the little guests, while for the adults a separate wellness area with barrel sauna, sun loungers and outdoor shower is available. For cozy evenings, there is a fireplace in the garden with a grill and a communal hut. There is a large communal kitchen with bar, cozy seating inside and outside and a toilet. For rainy days or game nights, many board games, a foosball table, a dartboard and also a smart TV await you. Under the apartment there is also a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as the possibility to park and charge bicycles. Other things to note After booking, you will receive a confirmation and one day before arrival, the access code for the apartment door will be sent to you by email. This code is valid for the duration of the stay. Since we practice organic farming at Raschbrunnenhof, many tractors and machines are on the move during the growing season, sometimes even late at night.
