Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, including kitchen and laundry. Other things to note AVOID PAYING UNNECESSARY PENALTIES The apartment will be delivered clean and organized and needs to be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. We kindly ask you to take your garbage/trash out, wash your dirty dishes and put them back on the same place. Dirty Dishes and Unclean Utensils: are not included in the cleaning fee. Please wash and clean everything and put them back in the same place or R$5 per piece will be charged. WASTE: Please remove all your waste/garbage/rubbish from the property or you will be charged a fee of R$20. Door key: If lost or robbed, the penalty fee is R$10. It is forbidden to make any noise from 9 pm to 9 am, or bringing guests without permission. Smoking and parties are not allowed inside the apartment. If informal or formal complaints are made, there will be a penalty of R$500 and if the problem happens again, then we can ask the guest to leave without any financial compensation. We kindly ask you to avoid staining Bed Linens & Towels by cigarette ash, ink pen, mark of hot iron, blood or anything else. There will be a penalty of R$200 for that. In case of a problem, we can check the price online for a product of the same quality. FURNITURE DAMAGE: Please do not sit on beds, chairs and sofas wet or dirty. If there is any type of damage, we can always check the price online for a product of the same quality. Additional cost: ELECTRICAL ENERGY consumption on the Check Out day, which is measured on the clock. If you turn everything off when you go out and be conscious, there won’t have problems to worry about. All we ask for is that you take care good care of the apartment.
