The space This is a stylish decorated 45 m2 apartment with yard and greenery (white aromatic jasmin, palm, bambu bushes) a bright living-dining with a sofa and a table for four to six people, an equipped american kitchen connected to the living area and a split level with bedroom, with one double bed and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with Internet (WiFi), air conditioning, electrical heating, cable TV, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishes, kitchenware, linens and towels (please read amenities) It is located in Palermo Viejo in so called Palermo Soho, two blocks away from Plaza Julio Cortázar, where the visitor finds several bars, ethnic restaurants and design shops all in the bohemian environment typical of the area. Near to: Bus Stop, Gym, Historical Place, Art Gallery, Restaurants/Pubs, Square, Night Life area, Market. Equipped with: Internet, WiFi , TV, Cable/Satelital TV, Telephone, Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, Kitchen Utensils, Dishes, Towels, Linens, Radiation Heater, Double Bed, Shower, Terrace/Veranda, Hardwood Floors, Ceramic Floor. The rate includes Electricity, Gas, Building fees, City Taxes, Cable TV, Water, Internet Access. The rate does not include Telephone, Maid service. Other things to note Shower: water tends to get temperature from cold to super hot in a couple of minutes; before you enter the shower, let it run one or 2 minutes till it gets to this point, reduce the hot water and augment the cold one till your desired temperature and just there enter the shower. Service of catering with special meals for celiac, vegan, free lactose, and low carb, as well as special occasions, can be arranged in person with Analía, who, other than the co-host of the "little house," is a wonderful cook!
