Per Sim's farmhouse

Per-Sims is our older farmhouse. The house was completely renovated in 2023 and is now a modern, comfortable house of 106 sqm. Per-Sims is 5 minutes to Ljusdal city center, Bedding, sheets are included! 12 minutes to Järvsö. Harsa ski resort 30 minutes. Parking spaces, lockable storage, two balconies. Wifi is included as well as bed linens and towels. Cleaning is an additional SEK 500. No smoking, no pets, no open fire/grilling. Minimum of two nights and possibility of longer stay by agreement. Minimum age 25 Welcome!
