A nice country house that we want to share with you, calm, space, time for yourself and memories to build. Marked hiking/mountain biking trails (or not), cross-country skiing/hiking and a Vita course nearby. A large garden, a bistro in the village, a grocery store like no other, love and good beds. Life! Here, your children can have fun both outside and inside, and your animals are also welcome. Semi-detached apartment. The space Semi-detached single apartment equipped with comfort for 6 people + 1 baby. Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels provided. Same price all year round regardless of the number of vacationers, 2-legged or 4-legged. Cleaning on departure included. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and 1 bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, 1 bedroom and 1 small library; the bedroom has electric radiators, the library, the landing and the access corridor upstairs are not heated. It's simple, clean and generous. The apartment is not brand new but it is nice. Guest access The house is in a small peaceful hamlet, away from traffic and close to the forest. Easily accessible by car year-round. It is 1.5 km from the village and public transport. There is a grocery store with a coffee corner in the village, open every day (but not all day). A restaurant too. Other things to note You have access to every room of the house. In the cellar, you will find the stock of pellets for the stove, wood for the kitchen stove and bottled mineral water. The house is supplied with rainwater only (running water at the taps), no mains water. The pellet stove in the living room works with a thermostat, you only need to fill the pellet stove about 1x per day; you will find the house heated upon arrival
