This accommodation is a haven of tranquility: relax with the whole family! "Can Pujol is an old barn remodeled into 4 rustic houses, in a typical Empordanés village" The best thing is its location, in the heart of l'Empordà and the Costa Brava, just 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coves. And from the incomparable medieval villages such as Ullastret, Pals and Peratallada that are so well preserved that it seems that time has stopped. The space La Falç is a rustic semi-detached house of 80m2 spread over two floors. Sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child. Located at the end of the building, giving it more privacy and views. Outside we find a private porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From there we access the first floor where there is the living room, the kitchen office and a toilet. With a rustic, simple and warm style, with all the comforts to spend a few relaxing days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, a Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. On the second floor, two bedrooms, one double with a double bed of 150X190cm with three large windows overlooking the garden and pool. Another room with two 90x190cm single beds. And between the rooms there is a bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer. Guest access All surrounded by a large 1,300m2 community garden with a fenced pool, safe for the little ones. Children's play area with swings, slide and basketball hoop. You can enjoy a delicious barbecue while the children play in the large garden. There is a large table and chairs under a porch which makes it suitable for any time of the year. Also, at the end of the garden overlooking the fields, there is a chill-out area with straw bales to rest or have a drink. Other things to note We would like you to feel at home, enjoying all the corners we have prepared for you. For the good coexistence of the other guests and the neighbors, we ask for silence between 11pm and 8am.
