A unique experience that will make you feel at home, but with the magic of nature all around you. The space El Sedàs is a rustic semi-detached house of 80 sq. meters spread over two floors. Sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child. Outside we find a private porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining. From there we access the first floor where there is the living room, the kitchen office and a toilet. With a rustic, simple and warm style, with all the comforts to spend a few relaxing days. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and washing machine. On the second floor, two bedrooms, one double with a double bed of 150X190cm overlooking the garden and pool. Another room with two 90x190cm single beds. And between the rooms there is a bathroom with shower, towels and hairdryer. Guest access In front of the accommodation there is a large outdoor space, a 1,300m2 garden with lawn, children's play area and a large salt pool with sun loungers, where you can enjoy playing or relaxing in the sun. In it, you will also find a large porch with a barbecue and a dining area. As well as a chill-out area with straw bales and hammocks in the trees overlooking the fields and the characteristic mountain of Montgrí with its castle on the top.
