Beautiful West Austin home - close in (5 mins to Domain or Arboretum, 15 minutes to Downtown), but surrounded by a massive nature preserve. Comfortable rooms, beautiful decks. Ample group workspaces. 10 minutes drive to the Oasis at Lake Travis. $15 Uber fare from 6th Street Entertainment. Hiking and waterholes 5 minutes away! The space You'll have full access to decks, kitchen, living areas, and hot tub. - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 bedroom with double bed and a futon (these two rooms share a bath) - large studio room that has two double beds and room for up to 4 air beds (plus a private bath) Guest access Everything except the owners bedroom, and his study/computer room. Other things to note Note that this is an owner occupied property. I will stay elsewhere when you are here, but the home is a home, and not a resort property. I will have it cleaned and tidy for you, but there will be various possessions, books, magazines, games, etc around - most of my guests appreciate these. If you desire an empty resort property you should book elsewhere. Thanks. On this count - I keep my cleaning fee really, really low ($45) for a house of this size - because I hate paying really high cleaning fees when I travel myself. To do so I do most of the cleaning myself, with the cost covering the costs of laundering multiple loads of sheets, blankets, and towels after each visit. My reviews - most of which are very positive - reflect that I'm pretty fastidious about cleaning up for my guests comfort. If you REALLY need a professional cleaning before you arrive, let me know and I'll send you a special offer with an extra $120 tacked on to cover having a crew come out and clean the 2400+ square feet of house you'll have available to you on your visit. Just make sure you let me know at least a week in advance. If you prefer just to enjoy a safe, spacious, well-cleaned house that might have a few blemishes and save the money ... please consider this when you rate the property afterwards.
