Double room 2nd floor in Casa de Manolo-Balneario Tortugas, Casma province, Ancash Region, Peru. House located in the 1st row with a beautiful ocean view. Privileged location in a central area, very close to the beach, wineries and other businesses. Built-in bathroom with hot water. If you want to enjoy the sea and relaxing days in contact with nature, Tortugas is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The space VERY IMPORTANT !! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The house is a 2-story villa. On the 1st floor we have a shared terrace with a privileged ocean view. The bathroom has hot water and we have WIFI. My parents, two older adults, live on the 2nd floor, and I (the host) have my room on the 1st floor. GATHERINGS WITH LOUD MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ARE NOT ALLOWED. We're a family home so I thank you in advance for your kind understanding. You can listen to music at a moderate volume and drink alcoholic beverages in moderation only until 11 pm. New Year's Eve is an exception, on other dates the schedule must be respected.
