Freshly renovated 32 m² ground-floor studio – no stairs, with a terrace overlooking mountains and meadows. Your dog is very welcome. Winter: cross-country ski pass for the whole Seefeld region included – the trail runs right behind the house. Summer: 4h free daily entry to the Alpenbad Leutasch, plus a free bus ticket all year round. We live in the house ourselves and are there for you – hosts for 6 years, consistently rated 5.0. The space The studio (Apartment 1) is on the ground floor of BeiMoser – Boutique Apartments, set back from the road yet right in the centre of Weidach. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and anyone travelling with a dog – all on one level, no stairs: One-room studio with queen-size double bed and a comfy seating corner – great for lounging too. Fully equipped kitchen Bathroom with shower Sunny terrace overlooking mountains and meadows The interior is modern, vibrant and cosy – each of our six apartments is individually designed, with colours that bring nature indoors. Active in nature: Hiking, trail running, biking, cross-country skiing – so much starts right at your doorstep: over 650 km of hiking trails and 570 km of bike routes in the region, plus trail running routes for every level – from the flat valley floor up into the Gaistal. In winter, you're in the middle of the world-famous Seefeld cross-country area with 245 km of trails. For freestyle fans: nearby Scharnitz is home to Banger Park, one of Europe's most modern freestyle facilities, where snowboarders and freeskiers train for competitions all year round – landing on airbags in summer. A dedicated sports equipment room in the basement awaits your gear (see "Guest access" for details). Guest access The studio has a separate entrance and is entirely yours during your stay. You check in independently via keypad – the code works for the front door, back entrance and apartment. You're also welcome to use the washing machine on the ground floor. In the basement there's a sports equipment room: in summer, store your bikes securely (easy access via the back entrance with ramp), and there's a washing area with hose and brush behind the house. In winter, the room becomes a ski and boot room – with a waxing table; wax and iron are available to borrow. In front of the house there's a large free car park for cars and motorbikes, including an EV charging station. Other things to note The local tourist tax is already paid with your booking – your guest card comes with great perks: cross-country trail access (Nov–Mar), 4h/day at the Alpenbad (May–Oct), free public transport across the plateau. For stays of a week or more, we exchange towels and tea towels. Your dog is very welcome (€18 per night, charged separately on site). Small pets on request (€15 per night). Within walking distance: restaurants, supermarket, swimming pool, two sports shops and a doctor. Seefeld is 10 minutes away by (free) bus.
