The house is in the Costa Rican province of Alajuela, city of San Carlos, Monterrey. La Fortuna - 25min drive / Arenal Volcano Park - 30min drive. It's located on the hillside of Monterrey, which is very private from neighbors or anyone near the house. The perfect scenario for working remotely on a quite, calm and peaceful hill or to simply recharge while enjoying the flora & fauna of it's awesome surroundings! The space The property: Inside the house you'll have a lot of natural light, wide spacing and a great air flow to keep the house fresh when it's sunny, because it rains a lot too. You'll be able to enjoy about 2650 square meters of land surrounding the house filled with trees, fruit trees, flowers, birds, bushes, toads, frogs, worms, ants, insects and a variety of wildlife. The house is fully quipped for 4 people with capacity for up to 4 pax: • Master bedroom facing a great view to the volcano. • Second room facing the green area of the property. • Queen size beds also both rooms have an open closet. • Pillows, sheets and duvets with an extra sets of everything just in case. • Laundry room, washer and iron beneath the house. • Private parking inside the property. • Balcony facing the Arenal Volcano. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need, either complex or simple cooking during your stay: • Roaster, toaster, refrigerator. • Water heater, coffee maker. • Rice cooker, microwave. • Oven, portable stove. • Plates, pots, cups, glasses, strainer, forks, knives, spoons. • Almost anything you'll find in a regular kitchen. 2 Full bathroom including amenities such as: • Body and hand towels. • Shower soap, hand soap, shampoo. • Toilet paper, trash cans. • Hairdryer, mirrors. • There's hot and cold water. • Private bathroom in the master bedroom the other it's between the bedrooms and the living area so it's really comfortable. Guest access You'll have access to all areas, except the storage space beneath the house that has power tools for the maintenance of the property.
