It is located 25 minutes from Paris, 15 minutes from the Stade de France, the exhibition center and 20 minutes from CDG airport, it is ideal for moments with family or friends or for a professional stay. You can book it for a weekend getaway, a week, a month or more. A crib and a parking space are available free of charge upon request. The space We have thought of every detail to offer you a pleasant and practical setting during your stay in Paris: Bright, secure and well-equipped 60 m² accommodation with 2 double beds, a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a baby cot available on request. Linens (sheets, towels) and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper) are provided. A secure parking space in the basement is included free of charge. The living room: TV with TNT channels, YouTube, Netflix, high-speed internet and large balcony. The kitchen: Fully equipped with utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc. A large dining table and comfortable chairs complete the space. Bedrooms: Two beautiful spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a warm duvet, pillows, dressing room, mirror, bedside table, storage ottoman and fan. Bathroom: Bathtub, sink, storage with hairdryer and iron. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The accommodation is non-smoking and equipped with a smoke detector for your safety. We do not accept pets in the accommodation, in order to ensure optimal hygiene for all our guests. I am very strict about this rule. You will be staying in another person's place, please treat it with care and respect. Respect for the neighborhood is essential. Please avoid making noise on the balcony and hanging clothes or other items. A hanging rack is available. Please do not throw anything over the balcony. Once you book the place, you will receive all the information to access the accommodation (self check-in). We ask for information about the identity of all adults staying at the listing.
