It's a private self-contained, fully-furnished dwelling (not a studio). There is also a three-seater couch for relaxing . Hot and cold water is throughout the apartment. Dusk to dawn lighting is a security feature outside the building. The apartment is on a main road which can be busy during the day. Public transport is very frequently available. There is a convenience store attached to the nearby gas station, which can be viewed from the apartment. A supermarket is 10-15 minute walk. The space This is not an 'all-in-one' studio but a very cozy and delightful full apartment. It is thoroughly self -contained with hot water throughout. This apartment is upstairs. There is also a shaded outdoor patio/deck with table and chairs which you are welcome to use. It is not attached to the apartment, but it is on the grounds and available for tenants to relax outdoors. Please note that the apartment is furnished to most comfortably accommodate one guest. If you book for two persons, please note that an additional bed cannot be facilitated. There is an absolute maximum of two people. Please also note that the facility is not suitable for children of any age. Guest access This apartment is PRIVATE: The living-room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette are not shared. The shared laundry area is on the outside, in the back of the apartment complex but is enclosed. The laundry area has two tubs for guests. A washing machine is also available. Other things to note The apartment is at the top of two levels of stairs. Within the photos, the type of stairs can be seen. There is a railing along both levels for your safety when going up or downstairs.
