It is located in Playa La Juanita, José Ignacio on a cul-de-sac, with no car traffic, and next to the area's natural countryside. The José Ignacio lagoon can be seen to the west, next to the sunset. The gentle beach of José Ignacio is about 400 meters away. A beachfront restaurant area in season, so the master suite is built to be soundproof against external sounds such as music. It is fully equipped and is super cheerful and nice. Lots of sun! The terrace is a pleasure, with a pergola, grill, and outdoor furniture. Down on the sand, there's a stove with a grill too. Very good ventilation in all rooms in addition to air conditioners, double glazing and mosquito nets. The access staircase and terrace now have a railing, although it is not visible in any of the photos, the same as the grill and pergola, which are new.
