Everything impeccable for a very comfortable stay! There is no garage. The space The building is steps from the beach. It is the second building on the street, so it is not facing the sea but has a small view. The building is on the most central street of Balneário Camboriú, it is almost in front of the Chaplin restaurant, and has all kinds of shops around. It has no garage. Guest access There are currently 3 parking lots around, one in front of the building, one on the corner and the robotic parking lot, which is further down the street. In low season, street parking is easy. Other things to note The apartment is complete for two people. In the general description, it is listed as not suitable for children and babies because, for now, I do not have the structure to receive more than two people, but children and babies are super welcome! If the baby sleeps with the parents, there will be no problem, and as for older children, if they wish to sleep on mattresses they are also welcome and no extra fee will be charged. There is no garage. Equipment: Split air-conditioning, 43” smart TV, 120 MB internet, Inverse refrigerator, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, sandwich maker, blender, electric juice squeezer, microwave, cooktop stove, electric oven, etc... Everything has been thought out and prepared with great affection to welcome our guests as comfortably as possible. I'm available to answer any questions and am also available for suggestions.
