Explorer Avid travelers will love this spacious two bed/two bath unit. Two sofas allow for plenty of seating to enjoy movies or playing games. Travel themed décor will transport you to lands far away or reminisce of your visits afar. A large contemporary kitchen is perfect for entertaining complete with full refrigerator, stove, Keurig, toaster and microwave. The porch gives you an unfettered view of the vineyard of mature, lush vines along with the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever see. The space We are the 3rd oldest vineyard in Texas. We are a working vineyard growing grapes and producing a number of wines and Mead. These quaint house/cottage rentals now onsite are from the DIY Network Show, Texas Flip and Move. We have decorated each to retain their each unique personality. Our 8,000 sft Event Center up the hill is scheduled to open August 2018 where guests can then enjoy our tasting room with patio seating and lite fare. In the meantime, a common area complete with pavilion, seating and fire pit is available along with several picnic tables and grills for outdoor gatherings. Guest access A community area pavilion is great for picnics, yard games or enjoying the fire pit. A community laundry room is conveniently located onsite. Sheep, sheep dogs, donkeys and more reside on property. Feel free to take a stroll up the gravel drive or among the vines or simply enjoy the views with coffee on your deck, a great morning ritual! Other things to note A cleaning fee of $50 per stay applies as does State and Hotel Occupancy Taxes. A few rules to ensure everyone's safety and comfort: Please, no fireworks or other open flames other than those disclosed. No pets. No additional guests other than those confirmed on the registration. No loud music. No smoking inside the units. No events or parties No campers/trailers/tents or other as of now Please refrain from driving off the gravel drives. Be aware during rainy periods as our sandy loam soil can become very soft and muddy. Bring boots! During the dry season, dust is common. Breezes through the property are a welcome blessing however so enjoy the private patio on each unit or up at our Event Center tasting room! Please do not leave trash outside. Country critters love to explore the bags. Use receptacle near the pavilion for picnic trash. Please note Wifi can be spotty in the country. We have Wifi available for each unit and a firestick is available, no cable but local channels with antennae.
