Casa Faisão is part of a residential complex with 4 vacation rental spaces. They are: a) Casa Faisão, with 3 bedrooms, for up to 8 people b) Bela Vista Apartment, with 3 bedrooms, for up to 7 people c) Solar Joaquim, 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 people d) Studio Faisão, 1-bedroom apartment for up to 5 people. Each space has its own characteristics and its own listing here on Airbnb. We serve small or large groups, short or long stays, companies or families. The space Casa Faisão is located 1.7 km from the center of Nova Lima. The house has: - 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, - large living room with 55-inch smart TV, - a workstation with mega fast Wi-Fi, - 3 bathrooms and a toilet in the outdoor area, -Laundry with 17 kg washing machine, - indoor kitchen with fridge, microwave, airfryer, blender, cooktop, water cooler, coffee maker and various kitchen utensils, - outdoor kitchen with wood stove, barbecue, 5-burner stove, refrigerator and dining area, - Backyard with nursery (pheasant and peacock) and various fruit trees, - The garage is not included in the listing and if you need a garage you need to book (if available) and pay a separate fee. Guest access The entire house, including the yard and outdoor kitchen with wood-burning stove and barbecue, is for the exclusive use of the guests. Important information is that access to the house is by stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility problems to access. Other things to note We have a backyard at the back of the house with pheasants and peacocks. During the breeding season, between September and January, they become agitated and make noise, even at dawn. That's why we don't recommend booking by people who are very sensitive to noise. WE ACCEPT SMALL PETS that stay indoors. We don't have a kennel for large dogs. We do not provide towels and bed linens. If the guest requires these items, an additional fee of: R$ 12.00 for 1 bath towel and 1 face towel kit R$ 15.00 for 1 4-piece set of double sheets R$ 15.00 for each duvet or blanket Events are not permitted, nor is loud noise. It is not allowed to receive people who are not on the reservation. Casa Faisão is located in a family environment. In the upper house, there is a family living there. The backyard can be accessed by guests to pick fruit. But we ask that you not feed the animals. Access to the house is by stairs, so we do not recommend it for guests who have mobility problems.
