The space SABI - means the beauty of age & wear. A beachfront cabin in Tuason Point (reef surf beach, Catangnan, Siargao) where you can soak up the goodness of unpretentious nature. The beach is literally your front yard. An eco-friendly island home showcasing upcycled hand-made interiors to inspire creativity and promote sustainability. SABI is a private cabin with its own private gate and beach access. It houses 1 Queen size bed, 1 window type air-conditioning unit, practical storage area to fold and hang clothing, a bathroom with 1 toilet and a shower area with aluminum glass sliding door (with hot/cold water), living room area, kitchenette for light meal preparations only"( see house rules) and a sizeable outdoor porch. The window type ac unit is located in the living room. It cools enough, though please consider that it won't be blasting cold during certain times of the day, most especially during hot summers. Take into consideration that the location is literally in front of the beach, the roof is made of natural nipa; it is porous. We highly recommend sliding windows wide open to enjoy fresh sea breeze. This cabin is not your typical hotel room so would be best to read on and understand the listing. The seaview bedroom is an adjacent open space of the living room area. It has a practical storage space for clothing. The porch is spacious and is a perfect place to relax and watch the mesmerizing sea while listening to the crashing waves. This is what you came for, enjoy! In addition, kindly be reminded that we are embraced by the jungle, hakuna matata! Expect all types of bugs and insects and pests everywhere. Remember you are visiting an island. We advise guests to bring mosquito repellent and sunblock for your comfort during your island adventure. *Please be reminded that this cabin is STRICTLY FOR SABI GUESTS ONLY. Inviting friends and/or anyone else is not allowed in the cabin, at the porch, it's garden and anywhere else within the property. Let's be mindful and maintain peace and quiet. Playing loud music is not allowed to avoid inconveniencing others. Guest access Sabi guests are most welcome to chill and relax at the Deck inside Tarzan's House. Read a book, take naps on the hammock, or have breakfast during mornings. Breakfast can also be served in your cabin, please inform the front desk officer. Other things to note Please note that we are not liable for any lost and/or damaged personal belongings. Please be advised that due to recent changes in Netflix’s policy, guests will now be required to use their own personal Netflix accounts. We have a generator available for use during power interruptions. Please note that the generator will be operated only during scheduled power outages on the island. In the case of unexpected power interruptions, it will be activated after one hour of outage. Kindly be advised that the generator supports limited appliances, specifically electric fans, WiFi, and lights only. Schedule of operating hours will be posted in the office. Guests are strictly advised not to plug in or use appliances beyond those stated above, such as air conditioning units or water heaters..., as this will cause the generator to overheat, malfunction, and shut down. If this occurs, please be aware that we may not be able to reactivate the generator. We kindly ask all guests to adhere to these rules to ensure everyone’s convenience. Please note that while the photos posted are authentic, the natural growth of plants and trees surrounding and in front of the property may occasionally obstruct the view. Despite regular maintenance and trimming, there may be instances where seascape views are partially or fully covered by the greenery.Additionally, please be aware that the rooms may show signs of wear and tear due to regular use. We appreciate your understanding of these natural and uncontrollable circumstances. As Siargao Island continues to experience rapid development, ongoing construction is prevalent throughout the island. Please be aware that construction-related noise and dust may occur at any time and in any location without prior notice. Please note that there may occasionally be some noise due to maintenance work. This is outside of our control, but we always do our best to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding.
