Casa Biu'. Cozy small apartment near downtown.

A small 30 sq. meter apartment, consisting of 1 bedroom, a full bathroom, a small open space with a kitchen, table and chairs, all enriched by a small courtyard garden in a well of light. All furniture is designed and adapted to the space to provide greater comfort and hospitality. Access is through a hallway that leads to the street and serves as access to other properties. It is part of a small building, consisting of two apartments and a small terrace. Casa Biu' is on the ground floor. The space The bedroom has a double bed (in Mexico the double bed is approximately 135 cm x 195). The sheets are cotton. The hot water in the shower is through a solar heater. It is enough for all the inhabitants of the property. We only ask that you do not take very long showers and be careful with the use of water in general. The kitchen provides basic utensils for cooking, such as a frying pan, a pot for stews, a jar for heating drinks, as well as plates, glasses, and cups for use, and an Italian coffee maker to prepare 2 cups of espresso coffee. We have a minibar. The terrace is a small shared space, ideal for smoking and spending some time outdoors. Access hours are from 10 am to 9 pm to avoid disturbing other guests during rest hours. Guest access In the highest part of the house (on the second floor) there is a mini terrace. This space is divided into two areas, a small one for guests and another for water facilities. We ask you not to access this area or throw things and garbage there. In downtown Oaxaca it is common to find kittens on the terraces. In ours you can usually find Maria and Lupito, they are two friendly cats. IMPORTANT: ACCESS TO THE STUDIO-TERRACE WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED FROM 10 AM TO 9 PM, TO RESPECT THE REST OF THE OTHER GUESTS. DO NOT ACCESS OR THROW THINGS IN THE WATER FACILITIES AREA. The apartment has these amenities: -Internet - TV - Hot water - Use of private kitchen (with minibar) The space does not have a private garage, there is free parking on the street and there are several private parking options nearby. We don't have a washing machine service, but there are several places nearby where you can take clothes to wash. Other things to note We provide 1 body towel per person, 1 hand towel and 1 foot towel. The towels and sheets will not be changed during the entire stay, only after the 8th day (1 week). We give all our guests complimentary drinking water, which is located in the wooden cabinet on the stairs. If the water container is empty, you can refill it (there is a refill in the same wooden cabinet). Water availability depends on the businesses where we buy it. Sometimes we can't buy it due to the time or day of the week. We appreciate your understanding. The apartment is in close contact with the neighbors. To access the apartment, you enter through a hallway that gives access to three other apartments. They are all guests. The noise you may hear depends entirely on the guests, so we kindly ask you to be considerate of others and live together harmoniously Oaxaca is a city with a very nice climate, so the number of insects abounds, although the cleaning is thorough and we continuously disinfect, it is very easy for them to enter the house when the door is left open, so we kindly ask you to keep the mosquito nets closed and if any insect appears, report it immediately, thank you very much! If you require any extra service, however small, we would appreciate it if you could let us know during your stay instead of writing it at the end of the reservation when we can no longer do anything, to try to get it for you when we have the opportunity, we have excellent communication and we are very quick to answer. Thank you very much! The house has some lockers outside to store your luggage either before check-in or after check-out, the size is 35 cm deep by 80 cm long and 90 cm high.
