This town is filled with unique shops and waterfront restaurants. Located directly across from Shelter Island, it is also an option to book a lighthouse cruise or use our bikes to explore. Prefer to stay home? Grab a bottle of wine from a local winery, bike to Sep's farm stand for local produce, or take a short stroll to the beach. WHAT TO DO LOCALLY: -Considering it's in the heart of wine country, venture to world-class vineyards -It's a 10 minute drive to Orient Point, where there's world class charter fishing boats available -Greenport Brewery -Greenport is riddled with excellent restaurants and bars (The Frisky Oyster, Claudio's, Noah's, etc.) -There's a gym/workout facility 10 minutes away by car -Prefer to work out outside? This property is 5 minutes away from 300 stairs to the Long Island Sound ... you can do lunges all the way down and cool off in the water! -Beach access, which means you can sunbathe, swim, fish, and even paddle-board in the Great Peconic Bay -Less than 3 miles from the ferry over to Shelter Island, if you want to get to Hamptons or explore Shelter Island for the day -There is also a ferry that can bring you straight to Sag Harbor -Half a mile from an amazing Lavender farm TRANSPORTATION: -About 3 miles from the Hampton Jitney, which takes you to/from Manhattan (1h 40min ride into the heart of Manhattan) -About 3 miles from the Greenport train station -Uber and cabs available Please know that I am only a text or phone call away!
