The space The Suite Chalet "07" is rustic, simple and cozy and is located in an environment surrounded by nature, with a mountain climate and an area embraced by trees and framed by a unique view of the valley. Sítio Águas Verdes is located on the slope of Serra do Itapetinga, at the foot of Pedra Grande Mountain, in Atibaia. In our common use space we have a swimming pool of 6 x 12m x 1.20prof., solarium and space for nature contemplation. It is easy access to shopping, leisure, bars and restaurants in Atibaia, with the convenience of excellent leisure and gastronomic options. At Sítio Águas Verdes we are developing the management project of a Syntropic Agroforestry, involving several types of crops , such as: Eucalyptus, Cafezal, Mamoeiros, Bananeiras, Cítricos, Apiário, Aves, Hortaliças, Nursery of Various Seedlings, among others. Thus adding to your stay a differentiated experience of living with nature mixed with the rural life of family farming, focused on ecotourism and sustainability. As we are not a bed and breakfast, but a rural place that offers a stay, we do not provide coffee or meal service, as well as we do not provide the sets of clothes and bath. Guest access Access is via the streets of the subdivision of the neighborhood that precedes us on the ascent to the mountain, with paved streets, except for a stretch of about 150 meters. Guests can use the swimming pool and its adjacent leisure area. Remember that we do not have a heating system in the pool and the pool water comes from a natural spring in the region. We also have two barbecue areas - one open under the pine trees and the other covered next to the shed. We also have a pit fire, so that the guest can enjoy a sunset next to a floor fire while having a picnic.
