This is not a generic neighborhood, it is an eclectic mix of old and new construction on a hill (safe from flooding) right off highway 12 with delicious and authentic Mexican restaurants and food trucks nearby. This is a tightly spaced mature neighborhood with various kinds of trees - Olive, Pepper and Oak which attract birds. Nearby parking. There is a bus stop less than three blocks from the space which can take you to city center which is 3 miles away. From that transfer center, you can take the bus to Napa, Santa Rosa & Petaluma. There is Lyft, Uber and Sonoma Taxi service. Restaurants and Spa are walkable as new sidewalks have been constructed on highway 12. The check-out day is 10 am sharp. To optimize your wine tasting experience, you may wish to check in after that time. Highway 12 is a small two-lane road that on any given day appears to be a traffic jam but in reality is just a predictable delay and does continue to move smoothly albeit slowly at certain times of the day.
