The space These apartments are some of the nicest design and quality on the island for the price. Our location is ideal for those looking to explore the Utila town on foot. We’re situated directly across from the Underwater Vision Dive Center, Trudy's Restaurant, Utila Dive Center, and Alton's Dive Center on "The Point," making it a prime spot for diving enthusiasts. Restaurants, resorts, shops, and the beach are all within walking distance, ensuring that everything you need is close by. Guest access Guests can enjoy outdoor seating on the ground level of the apartments. We have a picnic table for seating that you can enjoy by our boat dock. Other things to note We like to let our guests know in advance that the local Utila Power Company "UPCO" which services all of Utila Island, can sometimes have power outages. This can happen intermittently anywhere on the island. When there are power outages occur, please know it is out of our control. In addition, while wifi is generally good, at times the local internet company can also have service interruptions, including when power disruptions occur in the area. We do not charge extra for electricity like other places do; however, all guests are required to turn off AC and lights when not in the apartment, otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
