There are 2 suites with double beds and private bathrooms, a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, the charming dining room accommodates 6 people at the table to celebrate special moments, the TV room has that sofa to relax after a day of sightseeing! Tourist, rest and renew your energies! The space Privileged location, we are in a flat part of the Historic Center, 160 meters or a 2-minute walk from the Basilica do Pilar, the second church with the most gold in Brazil, and close to the city's main restaurants, museums, convention center, bakeries, markets and tourist attractions. The house is spacious, all rooms are well ventilated and naturally lit, in great condition, well cared for, cozy and ready to welcome you in the best way. It has 75m², two suites, a spacious, complete and equipped kitchen, combined with a large living and dining room. Master Suite (facing the street): Includes a comfortable double bed, with bedside tables, blackout curtain, clothes rack and luggage rack, blankets, pillows, bedding and bath towels. Spacious bathroom with electric shower (with plenty of water outlet), toilet, sink, hand shower, toilet paper, mat and liquid soap. --------------------------------- Second Suite: Includes a double bed with a single auxiliary, bedside table, curtain, clothes rack, blankets, pillows, bedding and bath towels. Spacious bathroom with electric shower (with plenty of water outlet), toilet, sink, hand shower, toilet paper, mat and liquid soap. --------------------------------- Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, blender and all basic and necessary utensils. We also provide filtered water, salt, sugar, coffee and cooking oil. --------------------------------- Dining and living room: Combined with the kitchen, which leaves a large and pleasant space, equipped with 01 sofa bed, dining table, chairs and manual with tips, itineraries and information for you to get to know the city of Ouro Preto in depth. --------------------------------- We also provide an iron, ironing board and clothesline. We kindly ask you to inform us about the extra guests you are bringing, so that we can prepare the house according to your needs. Like most houses in Ouro Preto, we do not have a parking space, but on the street it is super easy to find spaces and very easy to leave the car, since Ouro Preto is a very safe city. IMPORTANT: For reservations for 2 people, only one suite is available, the other suite is closed. In this case, the suite that is available is the one that only has a double bed. For another bed arrangement, contact us via message and request the separate beds in suite 2 (back). For reservations for 3 people or more, both suites are available and double beds will be made. If you want separate beds in suite 02, please contact us via message and request before check-in. After check-in, we do not make changes to the bedding arrangements. Guest access Read the house rules carefully before checking in. - Quiet hours start at 9 p.m.; - No smoking is allowed inside the house - It is not allowed to clean makeup on bath and face towels; - Bicycles are not allowed inside the house, we have an outdoor space where you can put them; - Before leaving the house at check-out, do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen; - Before checking out, make sure there are no forgotten objects in the house; - Cutlery and containers for breakfast, lunch and other meals; Note: Would you like to arrive earlier or leave later? Check out our early check-in and late check-out fees. Other things to note We want you to feel at ease and make the most of your stay. We ask that all conversations be held within the platform. This way, our team will respond as soon as possible. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask that you follow these simple and lovingly made rules: 1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. If you want to arrive a little earlier, we can check availability and there's a fee, okay? Check-out is by 11:00 a.m., and if you want to sleep a little longer, just arrange with us for the possibility of an extended check-out (subject to fee and availability as well). 2. Luggage Storage: We do not have space to store luggage. 3. Organization and Cleaning: We ask that before you leave, please clean the house, wash the dishes and leave everything in order. Let's take care of this little corner as if it were our home, okay? 4. Quiet Hours: To ensure everyone can rest well, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. A quiet environment is always nicer, right? 5. Visitors: We love to welcome you, but we don't allow extra visitors during your stay. The house is only for registered guests. If visitors are found to be present, a fine will be charged per person. 6. Number of Guests: Please make sure the number of guests is correct in the reservation, avoiding any inconvenience. If we have more people than agreed, there will be an additional fee and fine. If this occurs, the house is exempt from providing bed and bath linens. 7. Pets: We know that pets are part of the family, but we cannot accept pets here. We hope you understand! If pets are found to be present, a fine will be charged per animal. 8. Bed Configuration: Let us know if you need a double bed or if you prefer a different configuration. We want everything to be perfect for you! We emphasize that in case of a reservation for 2 people, a suite will always be arranged for 1 couple and the other suite will be locked, thus guaranteeing an economical value for your stay. In this case, a fee is charged for the use of the other suite. 9. Bed and Bath Linen: We provide fresh and clean bed and bath linens. But if you have that special pillow or blanket you love, feel free to bring it! 10. Courtesy Items: We leave a few things to make your arrival easier, such as coffee, sugar, oil, toilet paper, and liquid soap. Just remember that these items are not replenished, okay? 11. Reservation change: We do not change the dates of the reservations, this policy helps us maintain the value of an economical stay, the organization and the quality of service for all our guests. We only change the date when you want to add a day to your stay, depending on availability. In order to maintain a cheaper price for two people (couple or friends), one of the suites is closed so that you only use the appropriate space, so we can keep a reasonable price for your stay and everyone wins :) IMPORTANT: For reservations for 2 people, only one suite is available, the other suite is closed.
