The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on small things that are needed in daily use. The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches. Normal rentals are simply email monthly with your wishes or your schedule.
