The space One hour north of NYC, separate from the main house, the Guest Studio is great for artists, writers, or anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nearby is first class dining, including The Inn at Pound Ridge (Jean-Georges) and The Bedford Post Inn, both within a 10-minute drive. Also minutes from the towns of Bedford, Scotts Corners, New Canaan, Greenwich, Stamford, Katonah, Mt. Kisco, and just 12-minutes from the Bedford Hills train station (Metro North). Taxi service is available. Guest Studio: Open floor plan, new bathroom, small fridge and coffee maker (no cooking stove), wood burning stove, electric heat, A/C, ceiling fan, wi-fi, darkening shades, full-size bed that's super cozy with new linens, pillows, and blankets. Guest Access: Guests are provided a key to lock the Guest Studio. The surrounding yard and open field are yours to enjoy. Towels, shampoo, bath gel, etc. are all provided. Additional Information: -Books, board games, and magazines are in the Guest Studio. -Two people max. -Sorry we can not accommodate children at this time. -NO SMOKING. -NO outside guests other than the renters, UNLESS you first have permission. -There are outdoor lights that turn on/off with movement. -Electric heat control is on the wall next to the front door. -Please leave the Guest Studio as you found it. It's much appreciated. -Outdoor pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day (9am - 9pm). -The pool is shared with the main house.
