The owners' house is on the main floor, which adjoins a swimming pool (7x4m) and solarium, available to our guests. On the upper floor there is an apartment living room, kitchen-dining room, room with air conditioning, bathroom with shower (hot and cold water), as well as a large terrace. On the lower floor is the studio apartment consisting of a spacious room with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, kitchen (pantry)-dining room, living-dining room, terrace with breakfast table and a beautiful garden with a pergola and pond for the exclusive use of guests. All apartments have a separate entrance and good security. Villa Susana is located just 5 minutes by taxi from Vedado and 15 minutes from Old Havana. A few blocks away is the VIAZUL bus (and taxi) station. Nearby is the Zoo, several private restaurants (paladares) and cafes, as well as shopping centers where the customer can buy supplies to prepare their own food.
