Surf Ranch , 4 bedroom oasis half mile from beach

Very unique, comfortable and inviting home. I designed and built Surf Ranch from the ground up. It's nestled in a huge sunny meadow in the forest, a half mile from Long Sands beach. There's a 900' dirt driveway that leads to our oasis. There's a huge shady area on the north side of the house with a fire pit and a picnic table. House has a pool table and pingpong table. There's an amazing cooks kitchen, and a 9' dining room table. The space We completed building Surfranch in 2019 and do a great job of keeping it feeling like a new home. We recently added a mini-split AC unit in the great room. The house generally stays naturally cool from the design and colorful dyed concrete floor. There are ceiling fans in every room. Guests need to treat it as their own. It's a totally private setting behind a long sands neighborhood. Guests need to drive slowly on their way in on our private dirt Rd. It's a great place for large families and friends. Just keep the noise down late at night. Although you see no neighbors, there are. Other things to note We do not provide beach towels or hair products, so please bring your own. * In July and August, we are doing 7 day minimum, Friday, only check-ins. or Saturday early checkin, 6 day rentals. This works way better for our cleaners. it's a bit unconventional, but it's a much easier travel day for guests as well. if you want a 6 day summer rental starting Saturday early morning. Just ask!
