The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.) Main features include: - Fully furnished and equipped: all linen and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of consumables (soap, water, toilet paper etc.) - Television - Free Wi-Fi internet - This particular unit has fans (no air conditioning), but we can arrange a similar condo with A/C in this same residence - Terrace/Balcony - Brand new residence - Tropical garden - Parking - Backup generator - 24/7 security - Check-in with English speaking staff A few house rules: - The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee - respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom). - Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas. - Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. - Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply). Other optional services (maid, chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be arranged upon request. Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)!
