The property is a two storey dwelling structure with two one bedroom apartments on the ground floor. Amenities include hot/ cold water, air conditioning (bedroom), security (cameras and perimeter fencing), parking, garden and Wi-Fi. mobile phone for your use (at a cost) while you stay. We are approximately 25minutes drive from Piarco International Airport, 15minutes from the main town of Arima where shopping, dinning and financial services can be obtained. Shops of Arima is 6 mins away. The space Our location is on the main road making it easily accessible by public transport. A supermarket is located one building away. Several amenities such as churches, schools, health centres and police station are approximately 1 or 2km away. A well stocked grocery is located one building away as well as a Barber shop 2 mins walk Guest access Each apartment has a separate access as well as entry. Guests for the apartment located at right would used the right access way. For the left apartment would use the left access way. Each apartment has its own amenities include hot/ cold water, air conditioning (bedroom), kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. Each apartment has separate hot and cold bathroom and laundry area. Additional each apartment has it own living room area. There are also security cameras and perimeter fencing, parking, garden There is no additional cost for parking, one vehicle is allowed for each apartment
