Calling all friendly rivals, the villa offers a variety of games such as table tennis and carrom, ensuring endless hours of fun. Each of the three bedrooms is a haven of comfort and style, with plush bedding and ethnic textiles adding warmth and character to the space. Wake up to the sounds of nature outside your window and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on your private balcony. Throughout Atmos, the Brick House, the homeowner has thoughtfully curated every detail to foster a sense of togetherness and relaxation. Whether you're bonding with family over board games in the living room, sharing stories and laughter around the dining table, or simply enjoying quiet moments of solitude in the tranquil surroundings, this villa is more than just a place to stay – it's a sanctuary for creating cherished memories and forging lifelong connections. Layout: - As you approach the villa, the simplicity of the exterior sets the tone for a getaway unlike any other. - A front lush garden with trees to enjoy your morning tea listening to the songs of the birds. - Upon entering the main door, you're greeted by a spacious living area that serves as the heart of the home. Enjoy your family time, huddle up for a game of carrom, debate on which movie to watch, or discuss what you would want to be served! - A cozy bedroom on the ground floor for a quick afternoon nap. This bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. - The kitchen is an open kitchen and all Vegetarian meals will be cooked inside the house. - The upper floor has two huge bedrooms with galleries to unwind and relax. - The east-facing bedroom wakes you up to a beautiful sunrise while the west-facing hints to cuddle up in the cozy beds. - The pool is inviting, spend a lazy day with your feet in the waters or challenge your mate to a table tennis match. Guest access Guests will only be able to access common areas on the property such as the living room, garden, private pool, etc. Guests are strictly prohibited from crossing into neighboring properties under any circumstances. We request our guests to respect the privacy and personal space of our neighbours. Other things to note - This is a 3-bedroom pet-friendly pool villa. - Pet charges - Rs. 800 + GST per night - Room amenities include an ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, terrace, and WiFi. - The bedroom on the lower floor does not have a bathroom attached to it. The common bathroom is to be used. - The kitchen is an open kitchen and all Vegetarian meals will be cooked inside the house. - The staff at this home comprises people including a chef, and a caretaker to cater to any of your getaway needs. - Up to 2 cars can be parked on site. - There is no powder room. - The TV in the first floor living room is currently out of order. - In case of a power outage or fluctuations, generators can be switched on. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Hence, diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests after 8 hours of usage, the prices for further usage will be INR 800 per hour. The genset needs to be switched off for 30 mins, after every two hours of usage, to avoid a breakdown. - The inverter can be switched on in case of a power outage or fluctuations. However, power outages or fluctuations due to weather, regional restrictions, etc. are beyond our control. Considering the unique location of the villa, Internet connectivity can be affected due to the falling of trees, heavy rains, or other causes As the monsoon season approaches and the coastal winds blow, we wanted to take a moment to inform you about a possibility that comes with this beautiful weather: power outages. At, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. In anticipation of potential power interruptions, our diligent villa staff will be on standby to ensure your stay remains uninterrupted. Our reliable power backup system will kick in swiftly. To maintain the stability of the backup system and protect all our guests, we request your cooperation in refraining from using certain high-power-consuming appliances such as air conditioners and geysers during these periods. - Outside food is not allowed in the villa. - Guests are not allowed to access the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. - Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay. - Bachelor groups & stag parties are not allowed. - We do not encourage parties and late-night revelry. Loud music is not permitted beyond 10 pm. - Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits. - Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. - Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. - Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited. The pool is unguarded. There is no lifeguard on site. Children in the pool must be accompanied by adults at all times. - Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables. Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any items. - As required by law, every guest must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows the address. We accept only Aadhar Cards, Driving Licenses, and Passports. - All payments for booking the villa, including meals will have to be pre-paid prior to check-in. Security Deposit collected during booking will be returned during check-out or by NEFT within 5-10 business days after check-out, provided no damages are observed. - To avoid inconvenience, we will not be accepting cash onsite for any reason henceforth. Inappropriate behavior or violation of any of the above House Rules will invite a polite refusal to accept a Booking. If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. - In case of special occasions like wedding and pre-wedding ceremonies, milestone celebrations and events, and similar such events that require the parts or entire estate, whether they require elaborate arrangements or not, are at the sole discretion and explicit permission of the management. These need to be informed at the time of booking, and additional venue charges, additional deposits and charges for time efforts and specialized skills needed for prior arrangements and post-event cleanup will apply.
