Island House: Cozy, Private w/Ocean View

Island living at its best! Casa Cedros is a fully equipped American standard house is situated on top of the island, making for a gorgeous ocean view. A walk-around terrace provides a nice hang out area in the shade of the house and also sports an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. A small pool sits on the North side where you can enjoy a Pina Colada while taking in the stunning ocean view and wildlife in the trees. The North shore also sports a couple of small beaches. The space Casa Cedros is an older American style house with most of the comforts of your own house. The fully equipped kitchen is an open solution with ample workspace. There is also an array of kitchen appliances like electric stove, blender, refrigerator, etc. High ceilings keep the house cool as the breeze also will go straight through the house if you leave the doors open. There is also air-conditioning. The living room has a dining table, sofa couch, one extra bed and flat screen smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. The bathroom is big with hot water in the shower. The main bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, ceiling fan and a large closet. The guest bedroom has a a bunk bed and a single bed, ceiling fan along with a large closet. A tiled terrace encircles the house . The north side of the house has a very small pool in front and a seating group as well. Here you can us the gas BBQ and enjoy a spectacular ocean view under the shade of the roof. You will have access to a small laundry machine in shed next to the house. Clothes have to be air dried on the ample clotheslines outside. Guest access You have access to the small laundry room (shared with guests in our other houses). PLEASE bring your own washing powder.
