Every Couple gets a room, unsold rooms will be up for sale to others unless min 12 Guest book all 6 Double Rooms to make it a full farm private booking - Kitchen is not given to Guest. We offer you a farm life experience with exciting outdoor activities like trekking We can accommodate up to Max 20 Guests in the below bedroom & bedding categories : 4 Modern Cottage Rooms - With a diwan and Open To Air shower and ensuit bath-shower & WC - Each Room can accommodate 3 Guests ( 4 Rooms x 3 = 12 guests ) - All 4 are on the ground floor divided into two blocks. - ACs and heaters are provided in all rooms. - All rooms have King-size beds with the bay window diwan acting as a permanent extra bed. The Main Villa : Consists of 2 Rooms 1 Villa Master Bedroom which accommodates 2 Guests With Ensuit Bath & Toilet + TV 1 Villa Suite with 2 Queen Beds for 4 Guests extendable to 6 by adding two more floor mattresses BATHROOMS - There are 6 bathrooms in total . The 4 new rooms also have Open to Air Showers as well - The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels toiletries and Hairdryer. Guest access - The guests have access to the entire farm of 1 acre as well as the swimming pool and lawn. but not the kitchen - You may order your meals as per menu ( all rates are fixed ) During your stay The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. Other things to note COMMON AREAS - The living room has a AC, heater accessibility. - There is no TV at the property. - It has seating arrangements for 16 people. - There’s a 360 Degree View big terrace for guests to use. - Extra Guest charge 4000 / Adult - No Visitors Allowed - Charges Applicable as per our hourly rate - Guests can relax in the Suit room on the lower ground floor level, where they can play carrom, Scrabble, Jenga, Uno, or pick up a good read from the little library. - A private covered swimming pool is available for guests to use. - There’s a huge private lawn & a gazebo where guests can unwind. - Outdoor seating for 16 people is available. Meals : Chicken – 850 Rs per person – Mutton – 950 Rs per person Meals will include 4 Pcs Indian Bread (Roti/Chapati), Rice, Daal of your choice , 1 Vegetable Preparations of your choice, 1 Chicken / Mutton / Fish Prep Of your preference , Salad , Papad , Curd / Raita and a Sweet Dish Note : ( Child Above 8 Yrs will be charged full amount ) Meals to be ordered a minimum of 2 to 3 hours in advance. Last Order for Lunch : 1200 hrs Last Order for Dinner will be 1930 Hrs All meals will be served in the Dining area and not in the rooms.
