The House of Jurumirim's dam

Spacious house, on the edge of the dam, in a gated community with only 28 lots. A project carried out by Ambienta Arquitetura (prestigious by the magazine Arquitetura e Construção and others) with 3,900 m2 of land, 516m2 built, a standard pool, and a smaller heated pool (electric heater), trampoline, slackline, kayak, stand up paddle and barbecue. 5 suites (all with air conditioning) and another toilet. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people plus a baby. The space The house faces the dam. There are 100 meters of grass until you set foot on the beach. There are 5 suites. 4 in the main house and 1 suite in the annex (a tidy and spacious room, separate from the house). All suites have air conditioning, sheets, towels, closets, and large windows and are very comfortable. One of the suites has three beds, one of which is a two-bed. And we still have a collapsible crib. All bathrooms have showers with boiler heating, and the master suite also has a bathtub. The fireplace room has a TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and open channels, ceiling fans, and is combined with the dining room. Large aluminum sliding doors allow this room to be completely open to the deck. The house also has a second TV room also with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and open channels, amateur VHF radio for communication with boats and condominium staff, sofas, some children's toys, board games, and pillows. The kitchen has a sliding door that allows total closure, a side door for service access, a side-by-side refrigerator, a water filter, a built-in oven, a microwave, a 5-burner cooktop, a range hood, and a 12-burner dishwasher. Services, blender, mixer, toaster, plates, glasses, cutlery, and tableware for 14 people. In addition, in the dining room, we have one floor-top refrigerators for chilling drinks. Internal outlets are 110v. The few that are 220v are marked. We have fiber optic internet with Wifi installed that works Netflix, video calls and etc in a good way most of the time, but it can vary, especially when it is very windy. Cell phone and 3G signals from all operators work normally. Some places are better than others, but overall it works. The deck is large and has a Charcoal BBQ Grill, two umbrellas, cushions, mattresses, and two lounge chairs. The main pool has an infinity edge, and the smaller one has electric heating. In the garden of the house, there is also a structure to install a slackline (we have the equipment to assemble) and a "firepit" in the middle of the lawn. In the garden facing the inner street, we have a tree house with a swing, a plastic house on the ground, a large trampoline with a diameter of 4.26 m that can accommodate adults weighing up to 100 kg (to be used individually) and a small orchard. We also provide guests with 1 stand up paddle board and 1 kayak, both with oars. The house is 10 years old, and maintenance is up to date. We have photovoltaic energy panels that provide electricity all year round and a small compost bin. In the annex, we have a workshop/greenhouse, where we also find a suite, a laundry room, and a staff bathroom. The garden holds more than seven cars quietly. The condominium has a concierge, cameras, and a motorized night patrol alternating with a dog on a leash patrol. The house has maid service included in the price and mandatory in the lease. In addition to knowing the house well, she cooks simple meals and takes care of cleaning the rooms and bathrooms on a daily basis. She doesn't sleep at home, and her schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch. The maintenance of the garden and pool is the sole responsibility of an employee already hired and is already included in the lease price. He provides services a few days a week. Guest access The house is fully available for leisure, except for a few closets. It's on the ground floor, great for children, and although it doesn't have any special adaptations for the elderly or wheelchair users, I don't think it would be a problem. The workshop is open, but we ask you not to use the tools. The condominium has a common tennis court, beach tennis court, playground with zip line, soccer field, a main house with ping pong table, boat garage, nursery, wooden pier, dam beaches, a path in the woods, and a vast green grassy area where it is possible to take good walks. The sunset is unforgettable. At night it is possible to see stars you didn't even remember existed. Nature is also fascinating, and you can easily see caracaras, parrots, lapwings, burrowing owls, hares, and wild dogs (they look like little foxes). Most of them are nocturnal, and it's worth driving to find them. Other things to note By condominium rules: - Name and CPF of all guests are required; - the house is not available for parties or events; - Visitors who were not previously authorized are not allowed to enter; - the circulation and parking of cars and motorcycles are not allowed on the edge of the dam, in front of the lots and on empty land; - do not bring a speaker. Loud sounds, noises or other behaviors and actions that disturb the peace of neighbors are not permitted at any time of the day. - turn off the music and avoid noise after 10pm and before 10am; - "visiting" in houses without residents is not allowed; - it is not allowed to leave rubbish on the lawns; Important for some holidays, we ask that interested parties rent a minimum number of nights, for example, Carnival 5 nights and New Year's Eve 7. The price of the stay has an increase, but the Airbnb website is already updated. Small and medium-sized and well-behaved dogs are allowed. Please mention about the intention to take the animals to make sure everything is ok.
