Casa Ines is a beautiful Scandinavian style 3 bedroom Villa in the hart of Santa Teresa, just 3 minutes walk from one of the best surf spots in the area- La Lora beach! All the rooms are with AC and Fans. Nice and cosy covered outside area and a pool right in front of it All the main services are in walking distance: cafes, restaurants, supermarket, surf schools-and rentals and shops. Nice and secure neighborhood ! The space Casa Ines is surrounded by white wooden fences to give you privacy. There is usually a nice breeze from the pacific ocean in our garden. The house is located in the end of an ending small alley so no cars is passing by. All the rooms have a view and own access to the pool and garden. All the glass doors can be fully opened to the garden to increase the open space feeling. Our home has a Scandinavian wibe. All the furniture is our own design and made by a local carpenter. We have a well equipped kitchen and it's easy to make food to a lager group. The kitchen and outdoor dining area can be joined together by opening the folding window in between. Guest access The whole property is just for your family/ group! The pool is maintained weekly and the garden twice a week. Cleaning lady comes every other day. There are all the linen for you and beach towels too.
