The space This beautiful property is one of the only homes in San Juan that has private and direct access to the most popular beach in Puerto Rico. It is a three story house with a wheelchair accessible first floor bathroom and bedroom. The first floor also has a kitchen, bar and laundry. The patio area has a basketball court, barbecue, outdoor shower, private parking and a back door leading directly to the beach. Second story has a master bedroom with balcony, a second bedroom and bathroom. Third floor has a 360 view of the area with a third bedroom that has floor to ceiling window doors for one of the best views and breezes you can find. Guest access Guests will have access to a private parking, basketball court, BBQ, beach entrance, fully equipped kitchen and free WI-FI.
