Beautiful country house 250 meters from the La Bolsa River

The house is super comfortable, fully equipped. It has 2 large bedrooms with king beds, sheets, mattresses and top-quality hotel towels. There is a practice room and a third bedroom with a sailor bed. In the living room, two sofa beds. The house, patio, and gallery are all spacious. It has a pool and a Quincho with a barbecue. It is 250 meters from the river in the "El Descanso" district of Villa La Bolsa, characteristic for its thick grove. Ten minutes from Alta Gracia, 40 from Cba. Cap. or V. Gral Belgrano. The space The house is spacious and comfortable, it has many spaces where you can find privacy, tranquility and rest. It has a large patio and a ditch passes through a sector of the land. The pool is protected with perimeter wiring and a door. The quincho has a barbecue, a clay oven, a large table and chairs, a counter with a sink and 2 fans, creating an optimal space to enjoy meals with family or friends outdoors. The covered "L" gallery that surrounds much of the house and joins the quincho offers an excellent surface to enjoy the beautiful summer rains, with two Paraguayan hammocks. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a room with a king-size bed (it has a TV with Chromecast, a stove, hot/cold air conditioning and a ceiling fan), a fully remodeled bathroom, a washing machine area, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room integrated into a large space with a high ceiling, a smart TV, and an L-shaped corner armchair (where two people can sleep). The salamander in winter heats the house superbly in addition to making the cold nights warmer and cozier next to the fire. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a large one with a king-size bed as well, hot-cold air conditioning, a fan, beautiful views of a giant tree and a bathroom area integrated into the room with a Mexican sink and two showers. The other room has a dresser and a sailor bed (two single beds), hot-cold air conditioning, windows with beautiful views. There is a small bathroom with toilet and small sink between the two rooms. The staircase to the upper floor also has child safety doors and a railing. Children: The house has a railing on the stairs, and the pool has a perimeter fence. Not so the ditch, which does not usually have water except on rainy days, but it is the responsibility of adults who are with children to prevent them from approaching this sector. The house has a variety of games for young children. We have a playpen (request it in advance to assemble it), a dining chair and we can get a bathtub and changing table if you ask for them in advance. Waste: The house has a compost area at the back of the patio, so we invite you to join the initiative to throw all the organic waste you generate there during your stay! Animals: If you want to bring a pet, you must first inform us what kind of pet it is so that we can approve or not its stay, since there are animals that are not accepted in the house. Cats are not allowed in the house. In general, only small or medium-sized dogs are allowed, and they must not enter the house. They are not allowed on the beds or armchairs in the house. Any extra expenses caused by an animal must be reimbursed and the Airbnb app will be used for such cases. It is an ideal house to spend days with children, family or friends, and for us it is a pleasure to welcome you and be at your disposal for any questions or suggestions you may need for a vacation in our beloved Córdoba Guest access The house is accessed by a dirt road with a large grove, just 2 blocks from Provincial Route 5 or the internal route that connects Villa La Bolsa with Alta Gracia. You can use the entire property. We or someone we trust will always be there to greet you at check-in and welcome you, along with any directions you need to have an ideal stay! Other things to note You are welcomed with a welcome basket, you have coffee, cooked mate, a variety of tea, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, electric juicer, blender, microwave and toaster to prepare a rich and complete breakfast! We also usually leave eggs, bread, mineral water and some cans of beer as a welcome. If you have any food intolerances or preferences for something specific that you need to have purchased in advance for your arrival, you can let us know and we will gladly manage it. Upon arrival we share a list with lots of information about the area and surroundings, such as restaurants, cafes, amusement parks, supermarkets, etc. The house is perfect for vacations or for working from home while enjoying nature and the tranquility of the beaches and the river on weekdays. There is room for a large vehicle and a medium or small one under the gallery roof. There are 2 lounge chairs that you can take to the river or the pool. We ask you to bring your own towels for these two places, as the white ones are exclusively for use inside the house. On Wednesdays or Saturdays, the soda maker usually passes by, who replenishes the water and soda drum.
