Welcome to "When Pigs Fly" our beautiful, luxurious, open air house, only 250 meters from a gorgeous secluded Caribbean beach! The space House is set in a lush tropical setting with off street parking. Just minutes from the Caribbean, providing a nice cool ocean breeze through out the house. There are 3 separate enclosed bedrooms with double beds and full windows to allow abundant light and a view of the surrounding jungle. The adjoining bathrooms are colorfully decorated with a tropical feel, tempered glass open showers with lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware and appliances for dining in. You can also enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A living area with TV and comfortable couch provides an additional indoor relaxation spot. For the comfort and peace of mind of our guests there are security cameras at the gate and the entrance to the house. The large open-air lounge space with hanging gardens and dipping pool, makes this the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. This is a smoke-free environment, no smoking of any kind is allowed in the house and we do not accept any pets of any kind. This property is not suitable for children 12 and under. VAT Tax: Costa Rica requires all Airbnbs to pay a 13% Value Added Tax(VAT), the same as all Hotels and resorts in Costa Rica do.
