Historic, maybe a little quirky, yet functional House was built by Panguitch Pioneers in 1904. The House is waiting tol be your affordable base for southern Utah adventures. This stand alone house is located on Main Street in Panguitch Utah. Co-located on a property is a small boutique hotel. Just 20 miles from Bryce canyon NP, 75 miles from Zion NP and 35 miles to Brian Head ski resort and easy to get to the Grand Staircase Escalate adventures on HWY 12. The property is also ATV friendly. The space As a Historic Home, it may not be suited well for guests with limited mobility. Specifically there exists a large step between rooms at two locations within this historic home. Affordably equipped to accommodate a party of up to 7 guests, Pioneer House offers affordability and functionality over a fancy and pricey stay. While some of Home's fixtures are vintage, they are functional. Pioneer House is a stand alone historic Home located on Main Street in Panguitch UT. The Home offers a kitchen, laundry, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in a circular layout. There is no formal seating area although one of the front bedrooms has a small seating area for two guests as seen in the photos. The Kitchen table functions as the common area.
