We kindly ask for your consideration and request that you do not linger near the elevator before check-in or after check-out. Other things to note -When using the sauna, please carefully read the house guide given to you before check-in and follow the usage instructions. Additional cleaning fee may be charged if the usage condition is too bad after moving out. -Please do not dye or color your hair in the bathroom or anywhere inside the apartment. Hair dye causes permanent staining, and cleaning or repair fees may be charged. -All the beds in the house will only be prepared when the room is booked at the maximum number of guests. Usually, the room beddings and towels will be prepared according to the number of guests registered in the reservation. -Check out time is strict. 2000yen per hour will be charged if you are late for check out -Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including on the balcony and under the ventilation fan. -The balcony cannot be used under the Hotel Business Law.
