Charming cedar shingled cottage style house is a street away from Short Sands and walking distance from Long Sands Beach, you'll agree this house is the PERFECT LOCATION. This is a full sized stand alone 2 bedroom house (not a condo or part of a house). With all rooms on one floor, this is a great option for all. There is a small back yard where you can use the GAS Grill every night for easy meals on the outdoor table. And rinse off after the beach in new OUTDOOR Shower! Large bright enclosed front porch welcomes you to this classic beach cottage where you have plenty of room to hang-out after and even have a bite to eat at the table for 6, before or after a great day at the beach. Once inside, the blue and green colors of sea glass welcome you home every day when you step inside. The beach-themed living room with pull out couch (if a friend stops by), TV and WiFi is a great place to relax. On those rare crazy hot days, the AIR-CONDITIONER will help you cool off. The coastal style dinning room with built-in china hutch can sit up to 6 for dinner. You'll enjoy the cool breeze of the ceiling fan as you enjoy you meals together. Both bedrooms cheerfully painted with real wood floors! The Primary bedroom has a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Full bed and Single bed. This sunny kitchen also has a WASHING MACHINE and the mud room right beside it has the DRYER. The back entrance makes unloading groceries and going to the beach a breeze! So close to the playgroup and the downtown shops and a few blocks from Long Sands Beach. Walking distance to Nubble Lighthouse. Just walk down the hill to enjoy all of downtown York Beach, with its bandstand, Ellis Park, playground, basketball courts, shops, and Goldenrod taffy! We also have driveway parking for 2 cars. We do NOT allow guests to bring pets regardless of size, fur/hair, training or age of pet. Thank you. We also own a larger 3 bedroom house, next door, called "Best of Both Beaches" which are available too. Please ask for info and pictures if you are interested. Winter Rentals (6 month minimum) available October-May, but does not include heat, Wifi, cable tv or snow removal. One month security required with 90+ day rental.
