Vale Criativo is a School of Arts and Human Development. The house is divided between cultural activities and short-term rentals. We are located on a large plot of land on the banks of the Rio Preto, on the border of Maringá/MG and Maringá/RJ. Perfect location to do everything on foot. We are 500 meters from downtown. The space The land has 8,000 m² of green area and an extensive riverside with an entrance for bathing. In the same space (but separated by a fence) there is the Vale Criativo Theater and bistro that are open to the public. The house has a full kitchen.
