Completely renovated summer house (2019) including smart TV furniture with unlimited Wi-Fi. Town 8 minutes away and all the tourist attractions of the P.A. (all within 30 minutes by car). Kite surfing, Bass fishing, Beach in front of the building with sea view, you have the most beautiful beach (see by satellite)... On the side of the bay or inland it is more rocky... We are the big sea!! The space 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (double bottom bed and single top bed), in the living room a king size sofa bed. All bedding is provided for each bed as well as the sofa bed. The apartment is equipped to easily accommodate up to 7 adults. This apartment has private access to a beautiful natural and sandy beach and is located on the 2nd floor with panoramic views. Several places for striped bass fishing and fishing in front of the cottage, free kite surfing site with free parking 5 minutes away Guest access Many places in the village with parking for bass fishing and kite surfing.
