This spacious and bright apartment offers a breathtaking view of the ocean and the interior of the establishment, including swimming pools and lagoon. It has 4 parking lots and is located near supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. There are many activities within the establishment, ideal for families. Note: There are additional charges for some activities and services. Google Maps:"Rent |Exclusive Laguna Mar" The space This charming apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea from its location on the 7th floor. Although it does not have a child safety net, it does have a large railing for your safety. The distribution is the following: - Room 1: One double bed with private bathroom and TV with Netflix (Personal account of each one) - Room 2: One double bed. - Room 3: A single with a desk. - Room 4: 2 cabins (sleeps 4.) - Common Area: 1 couch. (living room) Although it does not have a central heating system, we have a gas stove capable of heating the entire apartment. Also, the grill runs on gas. We suggest you review the "Other details to highlight or additional notes" section to learn more about possible additional expenses or charges. We look forward to your visit! Guest access Full access to all the apartment's rooms. There are also common areas on the private beach, public beach, swimming pools, tennis courts and an event room that can be requested upon coordination. Other things to note General Property Information: * The TVs are SmartTVs, remember that each guest is responsible for accessing the services and applications they want to use with their own accounts.(Example: Netflix, YouTube - National channels are viewed through YouTube Live) Check-out-In: * What is the check-in time? * Check-in is at 4:00 pm * What is the check-out time? * Check-out is at 11:00 am * Should I clean the apartment before I leave? * We expect you to return the apartment in similar conditions as you received it, considering normal use. No deep cleaning is required. However, it is your responsibility to: - throw the trash in the designated closet in the hallway, - wash and store the dishes used, -deliver the apartment in a decent state. * If you prefer not to take care of these basic tasks, we can arrange to hire a person to assist you with daily chores (at an additional cost). * Where should I throw the trash? * Trash must be deposited in the shaff, designated closet in the hallway, leaving the second door on the right. * Should I wash the dishes before leaving? * Yes, please. The dishes must be washed and stored dry, just as you found them when you arrived. * How should I use the towels? * We ask you not to throw towels on the floor or step on them, as footprints and floor stains could generate an additional charge. Use of Washer and Dryer: * The washing machine is in the apartment and is free to use. The dryer is on Floor -1 of the building. Its use costs $2,200 CLP per token. It is used through a card that is charged by us. You must let us know. Use of the grill: * How does the grill work? * The use of the grill is free. We only ask that it be returned clean and with aluminum foil as it was delivered. Leaving it dirty could generate an additional charge. These rules seek to ensure respectful coexistence and maintain the quality of our accommodation for all guests. Additional charges that may apply: -The consumption of liquefied gas is charged at $2,000 clp per kilo. - A late check-out generates a charge of $20,000 pesos. And an additional $20,000 pesos for each extra hour of delay. - Leaving garbage in the apartment generates a charge of $10,000 pesos. -Leaving dishes unwashed generates a charge of $ 10,000 pesos. -Leaving the grill dirty generates a charge of $ 25,000.
