This home, one of two "Castillos" on the property, is perfect for larger groups of up to 25 people, or can be booked for smaller parties. Book both Castillos for up to 50 guests. Located at the entrance of Fase 1, you'll be within walking distance of everything you need. The beach is just a short 150 meter walk away, and the vibrant 5th Ave is just around the corner. From the rooftop, you'll even have a small ocean view and seating area. Step outside the ground floor living room and you'll find yourself right by the shared pool. There's also an outdoor shower to wash off any beach sand before entering the house. The home is spread out over three levels, each with its own kitchen and living area, as well as three bedrooms. The open concept and open-air architecture allow for a tropical breeze to flow throughout the entire house. Enjoy a balcony or terrace on each bedroom and wrap around balconies on the second and 3rd floor kitchen and living area. This gated community is ultra-safe, with 24-hour security just across the street. If you're bringing a pet, please note that there is an additional fee of $40 per pet per night, which includes a $10 refundable deposit and a $30 fee. Other things to note Keep in mind that we do not provide any groceries, drinking water or other beverages for you other than, oil, salt, pepper; so please arrange to travel for groceries to Chedraui after your arrival. It is a 2 minute cab ride and they are waiting outside for your return. We do provide hand soap and dish soap with sponges and towels, also shampoo in the showers with a beach towel and bath towel for each guest! Los Castillos villas offer a unique and comfortable vacation experience in a prime location in Playa del Carmen. Built in 1989 and renovated in 2000, they may not have the latest modern amenities, but they can accommodate large groups of up to 50 guests. Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home.
