Our mas in Beaumes-de-Venise is designed for rest and relaxation, Alenti meaning “to slow down” in Provencal. It's perfect for a family vacation or a peaceful break with friends. This typical Provencal mas can accommodate up to six people (or 7 with a baby), with two spacious bedrooms, baby facilities and a warm atmosphere. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped, tastefully decorated and equipped with all modern comforts. The space Room & Comfort - Family Suite (sleeps 4): This large room, divided into 2 separate areas, is equipped with a double bed and two single beds, ideal for a family with children or a group of friends. The clean, modern Provencal decor adds a touch of charm and authenticity. It also has its own bathroom with double washbasin, Italian shower and WC. We also provide baby equipment, on request, to make your stay easier: - Cot - High chair - Changing table - Baby bath Kitchen and living area The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare your meals with ease. You'll find : - Refrigerator - Induction hob - Oven - microwave - dishwasher - Coffee machine - All necessary kitchen utensils The living space is designed for relaxation, with cozy nooks perfect for reading, resting or enjoying quiet conversations. There is no television, encouraging guests to disconnect and embrace tranquility. Exterior and environment The mas has a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the Provence sunshine. The shaded terrace is equipped with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining, and a barbecue for convivial evenings. Additional services For your convenience, we also offer : - Bed linen and towels provided - Washing machine - Free on-site parking - Free Wi-Fi - Petanque court Activities and Leisure Surrounded by vineyards, our mas offers a multitude of activities to suit all tastes: - Hiking: Explore the nearby hiking trails and discover the natural beauty of the region. - Cellar visits: Take advantage of our proximity to the vineyards to sample the renowned local wines of Beaumes-de-Venise and the surrounding Côtes du Rhône crus. - Local markets: Visit Provencal markets and discover local products and crafts. Guest access The mas is divided in two, with our private part and the guest house part. For your meals, you'll have the porch at your disposal, and the garden is also freely accessible, with petanque court, trampoline, vegetable garden, and a swimming pool is planned for early summer. During your stay We'll be delighted to welcome you in person on arrival, and we'll be able to chat at greater length over breakfast. We can also be reached throughout the day to help you organize your stay! Other things to note BREAKFAST Breakfast is included in the room price, and is made with fresh, local and organic produce whenever possible (eggs from our own chickens, pastries from our local baker...). DINNER Depending on availability, we can offer you an aperitif dinner to enhance your stay, especially for late arrivals. Please contact us for more information. These offers can be booked 48 hours in advance. CHILDREN As the house has been specially designed to accommodate families, we are delighted to welcome children of all ages in our guesthouse. Games are provided, there's a large trampoline in the garden, the pool, and our 6-year-old daughter will be delighted to be a playmate if agreements are made. PETS We have animals on site: a dog, two cats and hens with their beloved rooster Henry. We're in the country and these animals are part of our family, so it's important to take this into account when booking. The dog is in our private, fenced-in area, but it's possible that the cats will sneak into the gîte and keep you company! Of course, if there are any allergies, we'll take care to keep them on our side. And the rooster sings very well and very little =) For these reasons, we do not accept any other pets during your stay. SWIMMING POOL We'll have a swimming pool available for stays from July 1, as it is currently being built =) Buoys and armbands will be available on site. The pool is accessible to adults and children, under the full responsibility of a parent. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., to enable us to carry out regular maintenance. LIVING PRINCIPLES With a young daughter, and the proximity of the lodgings, we ask you not to make any noise after 10pm. Outdoor parties are of course permitted, but at a reasonable noise level so that the younger ones can sleep peacefully =)
