About the Property - Our property is a traditional wooden Joglo house designed with warmth and character, featuring two floors and surrounded by beautiful rice fields. The setting offers a truly serene and natural environment, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Access to the property is by walking or motorbike only, located less than 200 meters from the main road and our designated drop-off point. - The upper floor features a comfortable bedroom and a private bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a wardrobe, and a dressing table. The bathroom includes a hot water shower for your comfort. The lower floor consists of a cozy sitting area and a fully functional kitchen, ideal for relaxing or enjoying simple meals. - Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with stunning, unobstructed views of the surrounding rice fields. The property also features a well-maintained garden filled with beautifully arranged trees, enhancing the calm and natural atmosphere. - Facilities & Services We provide a dedicated parking area exclusively for guests’ motorbikes. A front office is available on-site (not 24 hours) to assist with your needs during your stay. Daily complimentary breakfast is included, and housekeeping services are available upon request. Guest access Guest Access Our property consists of three Joglo villa units within the same compound. Each villa is designed to offer privacy and comfort for every guest. Each unit features a private entrance, a private swimming pool, and a fully private building, including the bedroom, kitchen, and sitting area. Guests will have exclusive use of their own villa and facilities throughout their stay. The only shared space within the property is the parking area, which is shared with other guests and designated for motorbikes only. To ensure privacy, each villa is separated by boundary walls, minimizing visibility and direct views between units. This layout allows guests to enjoy a peaceful and secluded stay while still being part of a well-managed villa environment. Other things to note Please read the notes below carefully before booking. By making a reservation, you agree to our notes and policies. 1. Natural Environment Our property is located in the middle of rice fields and surrounded by nature. It is common to see insects, geckos, or tokay lizards in this area. We carry out monthly pest control, and we kindly ask guests to keep doors closed to prevent animals from entering the room. If animals appear in outdoor areas, our team will assist. You may also see local farmers working in the rice fields along the access path. 2. Property Access The property can only be accessed by walking or motorbike and is located less than 200 meters from our drop-off point. We are happy to assist with luggage transportation upon arrival. The walk through the rice fields is calm and refreshing. 3. Drop-off Point Please use “Beanary Coffee and Eatery” as your destination on Google Maps or ride-hailing apps.
