We know you’ll enjoy your stay in this comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with its own washer and dryer. This apartment is in a four-plex building that is in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to major freeways. The apartment has free parking directly outside 10 steps away. Keyless entry via a Smart-Lock on the door allows no-contact easy and quick check in. Also we’re pet-friendly! We love pets and want you to bring yours along when you come. The space Comfy couches, big screen 55” smart TV with 940 MBPS Wifi speed (the fastest available from the local internet provider), fully stocked kitchen, entire living space to yourself, your own washer and dryer, free parking … we’ve tried to make this 950 square feet apartment as comfortable and easy as we could for our guests! One king and one queen-size memory foam beds are with specially-ordered soft sheets with Utopia gusseted pillows (great for stomach or side sleepers) on each bed, as well as additional blankets for those who like to be bundled up at night. We have a pack-n-play and high chair available on request. In the two full bathrooms, we provide all toiletries so you can save space packing: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, feminine hygiene products, and a few individually-wrapped medications, as well as a hairdryer. We have a fully-stocked kitchen with all cooking and eating utensils, plates/bowls/cups/wine glasses, pots and pans, cookie and cake sheets, blender, coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. However, if you’re not wanting to cook (if you’re like me, any meal you don’t have to make is a good meal), one of the best fish & chips places in Mesa is a four-minute walk away, as well as a great hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant, and many more eating establishments within a half-mile. Your own washer and dryer are in the unit and laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. An iron and ironing board are there too, should you need. Guest access This unit is on the ground floor of a four-plex apartment building. No stairs are required. No-contact check-in with a Smart Lock. The code is changed between each guest for security. Other things to note Please note: We have tried to create a comfortable, nice interior space, however, this is not a luxury apartment or a luxury neighborhood. If you're looking for an outside environment as serene as the inside, this may not be the one for you. It's quiet and safe, but not luxurious. Also, pets are welcome but there are no fenced areas for them to run around in. Pets are $25 extra per pet per stay.
