Facilities: The farm is located within the city of Cunha, in the neighborhood of Vila Rica, and is close to several sights, such as foot-washing park (with tennis court, playground, cooper track, sand court, outdoor gym and skateboard track), artisan house, ceramics and jewellery, as well as great bars and restaurants. Security: For greater space security, we have security cameras in the outside area. Our space has two houses, comfortably accommodating 6 guests per house. For 6 paying adults, we will open only one home. From 7 payers, we will open the second house. Surrounded by a vast green area, the outdoor space has a swimming pool, kiosk with barbecue and pizza oven, tables and sun loungers, as well as hammock. Homes: House 1 (ground): has 1 suite with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. Room with fireplace and television. Kitchen with wood stove. House 2 (yellow): has 1 suite with kingsize bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. Kitchen with wood stove. Both houses have gas-heated bathrooms in the shower and grab bars. PET FRIENDLY 🐾 RULES 🐾 - Your Pet is very welcome. Up to 2 dogs allowed for SMALL/MEDIUM lodging. Animals of bravas breeds are not allowed, as we have other dogs in the space. Guest access The entire area is fenced, providing more security and privacy. Guests will have full access to the site. It has private parking. Its location allows guests to take a short walk to the Lava-pés Park, the Mother Church, Casa do Artesão, Ceramic and Silver Studios, as well as the Drão, Bethlehen, and Blackfin restaurants. Other things to note With its great location, the property is a few kilometers from the Lavandário and Contemplário. Enjoy the tour to visit Pedra da Macela, Moara Café, Casa da Serra Restaurants, O Olival, Canto das Cachoeiras, Monte Boa Vista Winery, and the Gold Breweries and Wolkenburg. For dessert, we recommend a stop at Fazenda Aracatu and Casa do Strudell. And if you want to extend your tour, take the opportunity to visit the Desterro and Pimenta waterfalls and the Sítio do Cume. Paraty is just 45 km away on a great road.
